1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Maseh (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Granted

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written permission

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers a single purchase: removal of the watermark from exported documents.

• Price: SAR 4.99 (or local equivalent)
• One-time payment — no monthly or annual subscription
• Applies across all devices linked to the same Apple ID

4. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change your device, you can restore your previous purchases for free using the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5. App Provided As-Is

The App is provided "as-is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:

• That the App will operate without interruption or errors
• The accuracy of scan results under all conditions
• Compatibility with all future versions of iOS

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including data or document loss.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents — including code, design, and logo — are protected under intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of documents you create within the App.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time. If the App is permanently discontinued, your documents stored on your device remain intact, and you may request a refund through Apple if the purchase was recent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes within the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
